Beautiful Wednesday ahead; more rain likely on July 4
After the wettest April-June period on record, you would hope we’d catch a break with some sunny dry weather for the Fourth of July holiday. But another wave of rain and thunderstorms looks likely for much of Minnesota Thursday.
Lingering showers Tuesday, a dry break Wednesday with more storms Thursday
Lingering showers will track east Tuesday morning. More thundershowers are possible late Tuesday. Wednesday looks dry and sunny but more storms develop Thursday that could dampen the Fourth of July holiday.
Rain fills in west to east with more storms Friday; weekend's dry
Scattered rain showers will spread east into the overnight Thursday into Friday. We’ll see a mostly midday break Friday before storms develop in the afternoon and evening again.  
Clouds increase with showers, storms developing late Thursday into Friday
It should be dry for most of the state for most of the day, but rain will push into western Minnesota late and spread east and statewide into Friday. The weekend continues to look dry and cooler. 
Cooler Wednesday. More rain possible Thursday night into Friday
Wednesday will be cooler with partly cloudy skies. The next round of possible showers and thunderstorms develops Thursday night into Friday but clears for the weekend.
