| Welcome to our ninth year of Roaming through Retirement. Each month since July 2007, we have used this website to document our adventures throughout the USA, Mexico, Canada, and even a one-week tour of Havana, Cuba. This year we will be expanding our horizons with a ten-week excursion of the South Pacific and Southeast Asia. The goal of our website remains the same: 1) to journal our experiences through pictures and stories, 2) to share them with family and friends and 3) to create an easy way for you to keep in touch with us. Lake Chapala, Mexico was listed as number one on the “World's 10 Best Cities to Retire on a Budget” according to a report by CBS News. Along with its low cost of living, the primary reason is its moderate year-round climate. In January 2015, we took this picture of this humming bird resting on a Bird of Paradise in front of our rental here in Ajijic. We call this “Two Birds in Paradise". Thanks again for checking us out!
